Japanese Attitudes Toward MMD ModelsJapanese people have the special affection for human-shaped objects.
With the influence of Shinto culture, they often regard human-shaped objects as resting or residing room for souls, spirits or gods/deities. Though this custom is becoming obsolete, some Japanese take old dolls to shrines or temples to pray for the repose of souls. Priests or monks recite a sutra and the dolls are cremated. These might be the reason why some people in Japan often talk as if Vocaloid characters were real human beings.
It seems some MMD model creators take their works as the very expression of their souls with this cultural and religious belief. This strong affection for human-shaped objects may lead to the reason why they strongly reject editing or redistributing their models. They don't mean to be selfish at all; we should respect their feelings.
Do NOT Edit Models Without Full Japanese CommandWell, you can edit and distribute editable MMD models, but modelers usually set additional conditions for editing and/or redistributing (and of course, trading) their models.
DO NOT EDIT AND/OR REDISTRIBUTE (and trade) MODELS UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FULL COMMAND OF JAPANESE TO READ THE ATTACHED TOS.
Full command means you can read Japanese newspapers or academic papers. Basic conversation skill is not enough. You should also refrain from distributing your translation unless you have the full command of Japanese. If you spread a grave mistranslation, you would be involved in a copyright trouble.
In addition machine translators are not reliable. Japanese language has tons of homophones, conjugations and particles. A slightest misreading leads to the total nullifying a sentence.

Q.2:star: Is metasequoia free?
Yes and No. You can download the freeware ver. or Shareware ver. of Meta for free but if you want to get a licence then you have to pay.
Q.3:star: I cant use Plugins..Why?
1) You didn't pay for Metasequoia so the free ver. doesn't support it.
2) If you bought Meta,You might have put the plugin in the wrong folder in the plugin folder.
Q.4:star: What are some good Tutorials to follow so I can actually Model in Meta?

モデルの規約違反などは、「My work used」か「Permission Issues」だと思います。
「This include content forbidden by model's rule(規約違反の内容：R-18とか同性愛とか暴力とか).」とか。
（規約で禁止されている内容を含んでいます）
再配布だったら、「Description of this links to illegal redistribution of 3D model.」
（これの説明には３Dモデルの違反再配布リンクがある）。

Printsについては、許諾問題（「Problem content」のその他でいいと思う）に
「This is submitted Prints. But this is Fan Art.」
（これはプリントに投稿されていますが、二次創作です。）と書けば良いはず。
二次創作のPrintsはdAの規約で禁止されています。

I am sorry If I have mistake to translate.
I think that Illegal use of model is "My work used" or "Permission Issues".
for example "This include content forbidden by model's rule. (What illegal here:R-18, same-sex romantic content, violence, etc)".
It's OK that you explain "This is submitted Prints. But this is Fan Art." about Prints issue （I think violation is "other" in "Problem content").
deviantART does not allow the sale of copyrighted characters or works.
