Some people ask me "Which models are allowed to use for yaoi?".
I can't do it.

If I tell someone that "A model is allowed. B model is forbidden. C model is allowed", everyone believe my comment.
It put people in an awkward position.
Model's rule may change in depend on situation.

For example.
I translate Someone maker's rules.
He changes his rules.
People still believe that I said before changing.
It is NOT GOOD.
Then my comment had not already been a correct.
That is why I don't tell.
I don't want to have a responsibility for the translation of other's rules.
Do I need to translate the rules change each time?
I don't want to do.
I want to make my model or make movies on that time!!

Why rules are changed after distribution?
Maker can't foreshow all of things that will be happened in future.
For example a microwave oven isn't written "Don't put a cat in here!".
It is not written that maker don't suppose.
Maker decide it to forbid after it is happened.
I think models are also same.

For example.
We don't edit a model bloody in Japanese common sense because we think that it displease the maker.
A maker didn't think that users use his model for a romantic content.
A maker didn't think that users trade and send his models.

I suggest you people to not use for PG-13 or R-16, If you fear to displease to Japanese maker who forbid R-18 in the rules.
It is not force to do.
It is only my suggestion.
But a lot of Japanese people don't like to use model for violence, covered with blood, erotic, killing other character(s), nor being killed.
(Needless to say, some people like these.)
It is only my suggestion. (I said 2 times because it is important.)

P.S.
I want to people think that why makers set a password to download.
There are some reasons.
You can consider and imagine modelers' feelings.
--------------

Some people say that model makers have no right because the idea isn't their own.
It is NOT TRUE.
We maker have a copyright of derivative work.
At least I don't abandon it.

Fan art (3D model, drawingm or etc.) is called derivative work (a work based upon one or more preexisting works), it is saved by law of copyright.
It is established by the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
Don't you know the Berne Convention, do you?
It is a international copyright agreement!
It signed in French (prevailing in case of differences in interpretation) and English, officially translated in Arabic, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
And it is translate in more languages.
165 countries are parties of the Berne Convention.

The Hetalia characters themself are HIMARUYA Hidekaz's, of course.
But models of hetalia characters I made are mine and I have a copyright of its derivative work.
I NEVER renounce the copyright of the derivative works.

--------------

Why do I distribute models?
I want return.
"Return" is the wonderful work with my model.

Q also wrote her Journal.  fav.mThee/d5a5khp
I cite following.
"I love my models, so I want to watch them, but I do not have plenty time and ability to make many and great works.
This is the reason why I distribute my models.
HOWEVER I do not want anyone to use my models in the work I do not want to watch."

I have same opinion about this.
and I don't want anyone to use my models in the work they give someone (Especially the original author) trouble.
I hope that No one use my models for a insult someone or a country.

I think that Hetalia may have been misunderstood due to the North American version of anime translated the worse.
The characters speak rudely in anime, don't they?
They speak more mild in Japanese Hetalia anime and original manga!

--------------
The following are not only MMD.

Hetalia is HIMARUYA's work.
Hetalia is the story of countries.
Every fans of Hetalia should not make a fan art to insult other countries.
Someone may feel a strong loathing when he see it.
It is a sad, isn't it?
It is not good for fans of Hetalia, isn't it?
Hetalia's characters are not only manga's characters but also countries' characters.
I want to save Hetalia Because I love Hetalia.
Please remember.
Imagine the character is someone's motherland when you make a fan art of Hetalia.
Especially the case that you borrow something when you make a fan art.
The work's good or bad impression influences "it".
"It" is the MMD model, the fan prejudice or/and the ORIGINAL work.

Thank you.

About the misunderstand of Hetalia because of the North American translation.

I can not speak for either the Japanese or American versions because I'm just a fan of the show, I show my love for the show trough making pictures, writing fanfiction and cosplaying.

But even if the Japanese version of Hetalia is more mild, the North American version is not to be taken seriously. They made all those jokes that people think are offensive(Well the jokes are offensive to the right groups of people) because for certain people thats humor. Humor is different from person to person.

American humor is often offensive(Im judging from what I've seen), European jokes can also be offensive. But people get that it's not serious, they know the comidian, the shiow, the film, the book, etc.. are not planning to plant these things into your mind to take over the world or, idk be mean? xD

If someone misunderstands Hetalia thats their fault, not the translation. Because FunAnimation is actually known for changing the translations alot to make it fit to selected peoples humor.

I mean, alot of times Europeans make jokes about the Italians who go around and say "ciao~" and flirts with girls all day. Or a trait that is very common in Northern Europe thats says the eastern Europeans are all drunks.
Now it sounds very offensive, it actually is very offensive. But for most people who hear these jokes, they laugh because it's their humore because they grew up in Europe.

Now im not saying EVERY European thinks this because there are ofcourse people who don't like these kinds of jokes. And I understand that.

But this is what they did when they translated it, they made the humor more American, which means offensive basicly... XD Some people laugh, other people are disgusted. It all depends on the humor people grew up with and enjoy. (Im sorry for posting such a long comment.. xD)
